1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services at Spa Palm Amore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Spa Policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Appointments & Reservations

To provide an unhurried, serene experience for every guest, we operate primarily on advance reservations:

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking your preferred treatment time in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our online inquiry form.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to allow for consultation, changing, and relaxation.
• Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened session time to ensure that subsequent guest appointments are not delayed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 2 to 4 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment session. This courtesy allows us to offer the reserved time slot to other awaiting guests.

4. Health & Medical Considerations

Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities:

• Please inform our staff and therapists prior to your session if you have high blood pressure, heart ailments, recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy, or skin conditions.
• Our treatments are designed for wellness and relaxation and are not substitutes for medical care or physical therapy.
• You may communicate with your therapist at any time regarding pressure level, temperature, or comfort.

5. Spa Etiquette & Professional Environment

Spa Palm Amore maintains a peaceful, professional, and respectful environment for all guests and staff:

• Quiet Atmosphere: We kindly ask guests to switch mobile devices to silent mode upon arrival.
• Strict Professionalism: All massage therapies are strictly professional wellness services. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward therapists will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

6. Pricing & Payment Methods

All treatment prices are clearly communicated prior to service. We accept digital UPI payments, major debit/credit cards, and cash at our front desk at Hicons Corporate Lounge, Khar West.

7. Limitation of Liability & Personal Belongings

While we take every care to ensure a secure environment, guests are responsible for their personal items and jewelry. We recommend keeping valuables in the provided safe storage areas inside your private treatment room.
